To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Provide clear photos of the item and the issue (damaged, wrong, or defective)

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

📩 How to Request a Refund

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or process your refund (if applicable).

💰 Refund Method

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be made via mobile payment (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer.

  • As all orders are Cash on Delivery, we will ask for your preferred refund method after approval.

🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
